Using SAP S/4HANA Fiori app references beyond the app title
A Fiori app title is only the visible entry point. In real delivery work, the useful evidence is the combination of app purpose, role assignment, OData or UI service, semantic object, catalog, business process and exception-handling scenario.
Consultants should use Fiori references to decide which app belongs in a role design and which app should be used only by a support or monitoring team. Developers should inspect whether the app is extensible through key-user adaptation, UI adaptation, side-by-side extension, BAdI logic or a backend service enhancement.
For training, Fiori should be explained around the work outcome: creating, approving, monitoring, correcting or analyzing a business object. That prevents the training from becoming a list of screen clicks with no process understanding.
